What Nearily is for a café
Nearily is a loyalty platform and a map of independent cafés in one app. Guests install Nearily once — from the App Store, Google Play, RuStore or AppGallery — and use it at every partner café. One wallet keeps their stamps, cashback and rewards across cafés and chains, and on iPhone the Nearily card can be added to Apple Wallet.
You choose the mechanics — stamps or cashback — and the reward. Your café appears on the Nearily map, so guests of other partner cafés can discover you. You run everything in Nearily Platform (platform.nearily.com): loyalty rules, staff and guest analytics.
Guests can also join Nearily Club, a membership with a members' lounge and chats. Your café can offer Club members a perk of its own and get noticed by the most active coffee lovers in the city.
Nearily is live in Saint Petersburg, with the first partner cafés in Istanbul and Semey.
What you need
- Any smartphone or tablet with the Nearily app, iOS or Android — that is your scanner.
- No terminal, no printer, no plastic cards, no POS integration required.
- Internet down? Offline scanning keeps taking stamps and syncs them when the connection is back.
- Optional: if you run iiko, stamps and cashback can work right inside iikoFront.
How to join
- Open the Nearily app — or download it from the App Store, Google Play, RuStore or AppGallery.
- Go to Profile → Settings → “Become a partner”.
- Fill in a short form about your café. We get in touch and switch your café on.
- Set up your loyalty and staff in Nearily Platform at platform.nearily.com.

Stamps or cashback — your call
Your café sets the rules: how many stamps earn a reward and what the reward is, or which cashback percentage guests get. Guests see the rules in the app before their first purchase.
Digital stamps
- Every purchase earns a stamp — the barista adds it with one tap by QR, a four-digit code or a phone number
- You decide how many stamps a reward takes and what it is — a free drink, for example
- When the reward is ready, the guest shows the code again and gets it
Cashback
- The barista enters the purchase total and cashback is added automatically at the percentage you set
- Guests spend the cashback at your café — it comes off the order as a discount
- In a chain, one balance works at every location
Offline scanning
- Internet down? Stamps still count — the scanner queues them and syncs when you're back online.

What do baristas scan with?
With any smartphone or tablet that has the Nearily app, on iOS or Android. The barista scans the guest's QR code, or the guest says a 4-digit code. If your café runs iiko, it can be done right in iikoFront.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. You need no terminal, scanner, printer or plastic cards — a phone or tablet you already have is enough.
What if the internet goes down?
Stamps keep working. Offline scanning queues them on the barista's device and syncs them once the connection is back, keeping the real scan time; nothing is lost or counted twice. Redeeming a reward and looking a guest up by the 4-digit code need a connection.
How much does it cost?
The basic plan is free: stamps or cashback, scanning, a place on the map and basic analytics, with no commission on sales. Optional Cafe Pro (999 ₽ / $11 a month) adds up to 2 spots, several baristas scanning at once, detailed AI analytics and guest messages; Cafe Ultra (1,999 ₽ / $22 a month) adds up to 3 spots, deeper AI analysis and the iiko integration at no extra cost.
How will guests find out about it?
Your café appears on the Nearily map and in the café list for every Nearily user, including regulars of other partner cafés, and on nearily.com/cafes. At the counter the barista just asks “Do you have Nearily?” — the guest installs the app and gets the first stamp on the spot.
Can I choose between stamps and cashback?
Yes. With stamps you set how many purchases earn a reward and what the reward is, for example a free drink. With cashback you set the percentage, and guests spend it at your café as a discount. Guests see your rules in the app before their first purchase.
Does it work with iiko?
Yes, optionally. The Nearily plugin for iikoFront gives stamps and cashback from the order screen and applies rewards to the order as a discount. Without iiko everything works in the Nearily app.
How do I join?

What guest data does my café see?
Your café sees a guest's name and their stamps, cashback and rewards at your café, plus visit analytics in Nearily Platform. You never see a guest's phone number or their activity at other cafés.
Does my café need its own app?
No. Guests collect in one Nearily app shared by every partner café, so you don't build or maintain an app of your own. Your café gets a place on the Nearily map and a page at nearily.com.
