Why now
- Saint Petersburg lost roughly a quarter of its classic coffee shops in a year — survivors need regulars, not footfall
- Coffee imports into Russia rose 45.5% year on year: demand is not the problem
- Chains captured loyalty through their own apps; independents were left without an answer
- No loyalty network in Russia is purpose-built for independent cafes

- 22-year-old Turkish founder, three years in Saint Petersburg — solo
- Full-stack: native apps on both platforms, the web product and the backend. Shipped v3 without external capital
- Every partner café signed and onboarded directly, one at a time
