## Who we are

Nearily is a coffee loyalty and subscription platform operated by Nearily Inc. and ООО "Почти" (Russia).

## Information we collect

**You provide:** phone number, display name, username, bio, profile photo, cafe reviews.

**Collected automatically:** device type, OS, app version, crash logs, usage patterns, subscription activity.

**Location:** approximate only, when explicitly granted, used only to show nearby cafes.

**Not collected:** payment card data, biometric data, contact lists, browsing history.

- Providing and maintaining the service
- Phone-based authentication (SMS)
- Showing nearby partner cafes
- Social features (if enabled)
- Notifications
- Improving the service
- Service updates

## Data sharing

- **Not sold, rented, or traded.**
- Shared with: Google Firebase (EU, europe-west1), SMS.ru (for SMS verification), and partner cafes — cafes receive only stamp / redemption counts, never PII.
- Legal disclosure only when required.

## Data storage and security

- Stored on Google Firebase, region europe-west1 (Belgium).
- Encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase Security Rules, server-side auth enforcement.

## Data retention

- Active accounts: retained while active
- After deletion request: removed within 30 days (except as required by law)
- Aggregated/anonymized data: retained indefinitely

## Cookies and tracking

- Mobile app: no cookies
- Website: essential cookies only, no ad tracking, no third-party trackers

## Children's privacy

Not for users under 16. Accounts detected as belonging to minors are deleted.

## International data transfers

Data primarily stored in the EU (Firebase europe-west1). Using the service constitutes consent to transfers if required.

Significant changes are notified via in-app notification.
