What We Do

Nearily is a digital loyalty and subscription platform for independent coffee shops. We develop and maintain the software: mobile apps for guests (iOS and Android), a point-of-sale interface for cafes, and the platform’s server infrastructure.

We are a technology company, not a coffee chain. Coffee and drinks are sold by partner cafes; Nearily provides them with software for loyalty programs, subscriptions, and analytics.

Primary business activity: computer software development (OKVED 62.01).

Platform Products

Nearily app — the mobile app for guests: stamp collection, cashback, and drink subscriptions at partner cafes. Available on the App Store, RuStore, and AppGallery.

Nearily for cafes — the partner interface: QR-code purchase confirmation, reward and subscription management, guest statistics.

Technology

The platform is built entirely in-house: native apps in Swift/SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose (Android), a TypeScript backend (Cloud Functions), and Next.js web interfaces. Maps are powered by Yandex Maps.

Software Rights

The exclusive rights to the Nearily platform software used in the Russian Federation belong to OOO «POCHTI». Partner cafes receive the right to use the software under a license model as part of their agreement with the platform operator.

Case Studies

The platform operates in independent coffee shops in Saint Petersburg. Four locations are currently connected; guests collect stamps and purchase subscriptions, while cafes gain returning guests and transparent statistics without the cost of in-house development.

A typical result for a cafe: a digital loyalty program launched in one day, with no POS integration and no subscription fee at the start.
