Cookies Policy
Effective: May 15, 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Nearily uses on nearily.com, why, and how you can control them.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser. Cookies make the site work, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — help us understand how the product is used.
2. Cookies we use
2.1 Necessary
Required for the site to function: store your cookie-consent choice and keep your session. By law these do not require consent.
2.2 Analytics (only loaded after consent)
Yandex.Metrica (Tag ID: 108958805)
Purpose: visit counter, click heatmaps, and session recording (Webvisor) — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling.
Cookies: _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc
Retention: up to 1 year
Provider: Yandex LLC (Russia)
2.3 Marketing
Not used yet. If we add them we will update this policy and ask for your consent separately.
3. Managing cookies
Through our panel. On your first visit you see a banner with three options: Accept all, Necessary only, Settings. You can change your choice any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Through your browser. Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — see your browser’s help pages).
Direct opt-out from trackers:
Yandex.Metrica: yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html
4. What happens if you disable cookies
If you decline analytics cookies the site keeps working; we just do not receive statistics, session recordings or click heatmaps for your visit. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through our panel — without them the site does not work.
5. Third-party processing
Analytics data is processed by Yandex LLC (Russia) under its privacy policy. Yandex.Metrica with Webvisor enabled records your session — this is disclosed transparently and only collected with your consent.
6. Contact
Questions about cookies and data processing: hello@nearily.com
7. Updates
For material changes we will update the effective date and, if needed, ask for fresh consent.
