Which loyalty apps are there for cafés in Istanbul?

As of October 2026 the tools a café in Istanbul meets most often are Kupa, Mahalle Kart, Coffict, TapLoyal, Sadakart, Lootla and Nearily, plus the loyalty modules of POS systems and agencies that build branded apps.

Which ones have a free plan, and what are its limits?

A free plan forever exists on some tools, but most come with a cap.

• Nearily: Free plan forever; 1 location, no limit on stamps or guests, no commission on sales.
• Mahalle Kart: Starter ₺0 forever with 150 stamps a month; Basic ₺490 a month.
• Coffict: Lite free with a fixed 10+1 and 90-day validity; Pro ₺999 a month + 10% commission on pick-up orders.
• Sadakart (sadakart.app): Starter free, 1 store and up to 50 customers; Professional price not published (open beta).
• Lootla: free starter package; paid prices not published.
• Kupa: no free plan forever; pay-as-you-go ₺10 per star with a free trial; Lite ₺999 a month, Pro ₺1,999 a month.
• TapLoyal: no free plan; Starter ₺899 a month (VAT included; 1 location, 200 active customers).

Do you need hardware or a POS integration?

None of the tools listed requires extra hardware; the difference is who scans the code and whether there is a POS link.

On Nearily, Mahalle Kart and TapLoyal the staff phone scans the guest’s QR; on Kupa the customer scans a code at the counter; Coffict works through in-app payment. On Nearily the guest can also say a 4-digit code, and cafés on iiko have an iikoFront plugin. POS integrations of the other tools are not stated on their sites.

Where does the guest carry the card: app or Wallet?

In shared apps (Nearily, Kupa, Coffict, TapLoyal, Lootla) the guest installs one app and uses it at several cafés; with Wallet card builders the card goes into Apple or Google Wallet.

Nearily combines both: a shared app plus an Apple Wallet card on iPhone and a Google Wallet card on Android. Mahalle Kart states Apple / Google Wallet support; Kupa, Coffict, TapLoyal, Sadakart and Lootla say nothing about Wallet on their sites.

Which one works when the internet is down?

As of October 2026, of the tools listed only Nearily states offline scanning on its site; the others say nothing about it.

On Nearily, offline scanning queues stamps on the barista’s device and sends them when the connection returns. “Not stated” does not mean the feature is missing; ask before you buy.

How should you choose for your café?

Four questions decide it.

• Does your monthly volume of stamps or customers exceed the free plan’s cap? If so, look at an uncapped plan or the paid price.
• Are you willing to pay a commission on orders? If most of your business is pick-up through an app, a commission model can make sense; if you only want loyalty, commission-free tools are more predictable.
• New guests or keeping current ones? Shared apps bring discovery on a map; Wallet cards and POS loyalty work with the people already at your counter.
• Does your brand have to be on the app itself? If yes, a branded app; if not, a shared app or a Wallet card.

Nearily’s first partner cafés in Istanbul opened in Kadıköy; as of October 2026 the network has 13 partner cafés (Saint Petersburg, Istanbul, Semey) and 580+ users.

A café in Istanbul joins from the app (Profile → Settings → Become a partner) or at nearily.com/tr/for-cafes; support is available in Turkish, and café plans in Türkiye have fixed lira prices (Cafe Pro ₺499, Cafe Ultra ₺999 a month).
